Who is responsible
Telos Media is run by Inspire & Impact AS, org.nr. 931 724 924 MVA, with business address c/o Enora AS avd. Fredrikstad, Kråkerøyveien 9, 1671 Kråkerøy, Norway. The company is the data controller for the personal data described here. Send questions about privacy to management@telosmedia.no.
When you send us an email
The email links on the website open your email program with our address filled in. When you send the email, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We only use the information to reply to you and, if we agree to work together, to follow up the agreement.
The legal basis for the processing is that you contacted us yourself, and that we have a legitimate interest in replying to you and possibly entering into an agreement with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
The emails are stored in our email account with Domeneshop AS in Norway and read on our own devices. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration when they are no longer needed, and no later than 12 months after the last contact. Information that is part of our accounts, such as agreements and invoices, is kept as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires.
When you visit the website
The website has no contact form, and the fonts are hosted on our own server. Without your consent we set no cookies, and nothing is sent to Google.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between websites. We only see totals, for example how many people have visited, which pages are read and which websites visitors come from. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. As on all websites, the servers record technical information, for example IP address and browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Cloudflare may process this information outside the EEA, and the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you book a meeting
The «Book a free meeting» button takes you to our booking page at Cal.com, where you choose a time yourself. You then give us your name, your email address and anything you write in the booking. We only use the information to hold the meeting and follow up on what you asked about. The meeting is held on Google Meet, and you receive the link by email.
Cal.com, Inc. is our data processor for the booking, and Google stores the meeting in our calendar. Both may process information outside the EEA, and the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is that you asked for a meeting yourself, and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We delete bookings that do not lead to a collaboration no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Cookies from Google Ads
We advertise on Google. To see which ads lead people to contact us, we would like to use conversion tracking from Google Ads. It only loads if you tap «Accept» in the banner shown the first time you visit the site. If you tap «Decline», nothing is loaded from Google.
If you accept, Google sets cookies that remember that you came to the site from an ad on Google, and Google records when you tap one of our booking or email buttons. The cookies last up to 90 days. We only see totals, for example how many ad clicks led to an enquiry. We do not use it to show you ads later, and we do not use Google Analytics.
Google Ireland Limited is responsible for its own processing of the data, and Google's privacy policy applies. Google may process information outside the EEA, and the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, so you do not have to be asked every time. You can change your mind at any time here or with the «Cookies» link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the cookies from Google.
When you use the chat
The chat in the corner answers with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). What you write is sent to Anthropic, which creates the answer with the language model Claude. Anthropic is our data processor and does not use the messages to train its models. We do not store the conversations, and they disappear when you close or reload the page. Anthropic may process the messages outside the EEA, and the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Do not write sensitive information in the chat, such as health information, national identity numbers or card numbers. The legal basis for the processing is that you choose to ask a question yourself, and our legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Videos from TikTok on the site
On the content production page you can play videos from TikTok. Nothing is loaded from TikTok until you tap a video yourself. When you do, the video loads from TikTok, and TikTok may record the visit and set its own cookies. TikTok's privacy policy then applies.
Links to TikTok and Instagram take you to those services, where their own privacy rules apply.
When you are a client
When we publish for you, we get access to your account on TikTok or Instagram. We can then see messages, comments and other information about your followers. We only process it on your behalf and according to your instructions, do not use it for anything else, do not share it with anyone and do not read messages more than the work requires. When we stop working together, we stop using the access. More about the collaboration is in the terms.
We may show the videos and photos we make for you on our website as examples of previous work, as stated in the terms. The legal basis is the agreement with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone other than the providers who run our email and website, Anthropic when you use the chat, Cal.com and Google when you book a meeting, Google if you have accepted cookies, and our accountant when it comes to accounting records.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you

Send an email to management@telosmedia.no, and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe we process information in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
