Who you are dealing with

Telos Media is run by Inspire & Impact AS, org.nr. 931 724 924 MVA. The business address is c/o Enora AS avd. Fredrikstad, Kråkerøyveien 9, 1671 Kråkerøy, Norway. You can reach us at management@telosmedia.no.

Packages and prices

The prices are listed on the content production page and apply per month. Businesses pay the price excl. VAT, private individuals the price incl. VAT.

• Start: NOK 2,000 excl. VAT (NOK 2,500 incl. VAT), five videos you film yourself, edited by us
• Growth: NOK 15,000 excl. VAT (NOK 18,750 incl. VAT), six videos, one filming day
• Plus: NOK 25,000 excl. VAT (NOK 31,250 incl. VAT), twelve videos, one filming day
• Extra videos filmed the same day: NOK 2,500 excl. VAT in Growth and NOK 2,000 excl. VAT in Plus

How the agreement is made

The first meeting on Google Meet is free and without obligation. The agreement is made when we have both confirmed it by email. You receive a confirmation by email with what has been agreed and a link to these terms.

Delivery

In Growth and Plus we come one day a month and film, at your place or in our own studio. We create ideas and scripts together on the filming day. The videos are edited and published evenly through the month. Each video is sent to you as a draft by email or message before it is published, and you can ask for changes the same way.

In Start you film yourself, and we deliver the edited videos back in a folder within two to three days.

We are based in Oslo. Travel is included if it costs less than NOK 500 in total. If it costs more, the travel is added to the price, and we always choose the cheapest option.

Payment

We invoice month by month. Growth and Plus are invoiced after the filming day, Start when the edited videos have been delivered. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice.

No lock in period

You can end or change package from month to month. Let us know by email. You pay for what has already been delivered or agreed for the month.

Who owns and can use the content

You own the videos and photos we make for you. You can use them for anything you like at no extra cost, including in your own ads and marketing, and also after we stop working together.

Telos Media has the right to show the videos and photos we make for you on our website, as examples of previous work for new clients.

Music from the TikTok and Instagram libraries can only be used on those platforms. If you want to use a video elsewhere, for example in an ad or on your website, the music must be replaced or licensed. Let us know, and we will help you.

Results

We always do our best to make the content reach far. How many people watch the videos and how many new followers you get still depends on TikTok and Instagram, so we cannot promise a specific number of views or followers.

Access to your accounts

To publish, we need access to your account, either with username and password or through Meta Business Suite. We only use the access for what we have agreed, keep it confidential and do not message your followers in your name unless you have asked us to. When we stop working together, you should change your password or remove our access.

If we see messages or other information about your followers, we keep it to ourselves and do not use it for anything else. Read more in the privacy policy.

Right of cancellation for private individuals

If you buy as a private individual, you have a 14 day right of cancellation under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). The period runs from the day the agreement is made. Businesses do not have a right of cancellation.

If you want us to start before the period has ended, you must ask for it by email. If you cancel after we have started, you pay for the part of the service delivered until you notify us. If the whole service has been delivered within the period, and you asked us to start and confirmed that you know the right of cancellation then lapses, you no longer have a right of cancellation.

To cancel, send us a clear message by email within the period. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. If you have paid anything, you get the money back no later than 14 days after we received your message, using the same payment method you used.

Complaints

If you are unhappy, let us know by email as soon as you can, and we will find a solution. If you are a private individual and we cannot agree, you can get help from the Norwegian Consumer Council, Forbrukerrådet.
